Mr. Rajendra Pate is an engineer by profession, an evangelist by vision, and an entrepreneur by mission. Beginning his career as a civil engineer, Mr. Pate brings over 30 years of experience in real estate and has been instrumental in designing landmark projects of significance. Innovation, trustworthiness, commitment, and consistency have been the pillars of his philosophy over the years.

A leader, active team player, and visionary, Mr. Pate's simplicity of approach and clarity of thought have long inspired employees and associates alike. NOW Realty is his latest venture — driven by this very spirit — focused on delivering quality real estate developments and future-ready spaces across the region.

Till date over 70 projects have been completed that comprises more than 65 lakhs sq. ft of area. Around 20 lakh sq. ft work under execution. Established name with more than 3 decades of successful operations in Pune market.

Mr. Kapil Pate, son of Mr. Rajendra Pate is a young entrepreneur with a vision of building modern yet sustainable communities for today and tomorrow. A Civil Engineer (Enterprise, from University of Manchester, UK) by profession, Kapil is the Executive Director of the newly formed company.

In a world where technology makes things faster, better and easy, Kapil is on a mission to create timeless spaces by meaningful use of technologies. Having a strong and practical knowledge on construction and real estate, Kapil's vision brings freshness in approach and energy in the team to achieve greater milestones.

Backed by 3 decades of experience of his revered father, Kapil's role is delivering quality projects and innovative solutions that lead by example.

He is a member of CREDAI. He was the elected President of MBVA (Marathi Bandhkam Vyavsayik Association, Pune) from 2010-2013. It is an organization of 300 builders in Pune who are dedicated and committed to relationships based on integrity, performance, value and client satisfaction.

MBVA works towards enhancing the icon of construction industry by continual development and to promote the utilization of standard and ethical practices in construction industry.
